1. You make initial contact with us.

2. Our director responds to you by e-mail or phone for general information about your project.

3. One of our statisticians provides a FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION, by phone and/or by studying your material.

4. We determine together with you exactly what work is required (e.g., what statistical tests to run).

5. While we are working on your project, we contact you with any questions or issues, and you are free to contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.

6. All information about you, the material you send to us, and the work we perform for you are kept confidential.
